Say what!?!? You want me to suck out the snot from my baby’s nose!??!
The NoseFrida Snot Sucker was developed by Mompreneur Kaisa Levine based on her experience with this kind of product on a vacation overseas. Every parent has to deal with it, babies produce mucus, or snot, when they’re sick or have allergies and they have no way of getting it out without our help. The common solution would be to use a bulb syringe to suck the mucus out, yet all but the hospital-used bulb syringes fail to do the job right.
Now there’s a simple and effective solution to helping your baby breathe better when they’re sick. The Snot Sucker is an easy-to-use device that requires you to place the rubber end in your mouth and the plastic end at the opening to your baby’s nose and then you simply suck out as much mucus as you can. Simple as that!
I know what you’re thinking, but this process is actually very safe, hygienic, & BPA-free. The Snot Sucker has a filter within the plastic tube that prevents any of the mucus to pass from the baby to you. You don’t have to worry about sticking anything up the nose, which can be unsafe and irrating to the baby. It’s also super easy to clean and the filters can be replaced. You can purchase one for only $15, which includes the nasal aspirator and 4 filters.
After receiving this product for review awhile back, I was finally able to use it after BG2 had her 1st cold last month and had major congestion. The poor girl could barely breathe and didn’t even want to eat because of it so I had to try something to ease her discomfort. I did try using the hospital bulb syringe and it worked of course, but I also decided to use the Snot Sucker afterwards and it worked wonders! It didn’t take any effort on my part and a quick circular motion here and there to get the trouble spots got all the mucus out perfectly.
This is a MUST HAVE for any parent with a baby and one you won’t regret buying. I really love it and will be using from now on whenever my baby gets congested!
