Book Review: The Last Forever by Deb Coletti

Book Review: The Last Forever by Deb Coletti

Young Adult Book Reviews 2 ★★★½

One Line: Wonderful writing with a less than wonderful plot, but I still enjoyed it. What I Loved: This is my first Deb Coletti book and I have to say, I really like her writing style. Even though the plot itself didn’t wow me, I enjoyed the way she wrote it and I’d have to say this is on the more positive (meaning I liked it more) end of YA… Read more »

As the Bump Grows: Week 23

As the Bump Grows: Week 23

As the Bump Grows, Pregnancy 6

Week 23 has brought with it some unsure news. Results from last week’s Level 2 ultrasound still didn’t give me any answers. From a medical professional standpoint, my risk is very low, but there’s always a chance something could be/go wrong with BG3. I’m hoping when I see my OB this week I can request a blood test that will give me more answers because I hate the “not knowing”… Read more »

April Kiwi Crate Unboxing & Review

April Kiwi Crate Unboxing & Review

Reviews, Unbox Me 2

Kiwi Crate is a monthly crafts subscription box for kids, ages 3-8. I got it for the 3 year old, hoping she would enjoy the crafts. The 9 year old also joined in and I think she had more fun with it, honestly, probably because she understood what was happening more. The little one just wanted to mess with everything, haha. Kiwi Crate subscriptions cost $19.95 a month. So, below… Read more »

Blog Tour: Book Review, Guest Post, & Giveaway – The Shadow Prince by Stacey O’Neale [CLOSED]

Blog Tours, Giveaways, Young Adult Book Reviews 8 ★★★½

One Line: A decent prequel that had me interested in the rest of the series, for sure. In My Opinion: Worth a try! The Shadow Prince is the prequel to O’Neale’s debut series, Mortal Enchantment. As far as prequels go, I thought it was pretty good. She definitely includes plenty of detail, without boring the reader, so I could get a feel of what to expect with the series. We’re… Read more »

Review – Preggers Maternity Tights

Review – Preggers Maternity Tights

Pregnancy, Reviews 2

Recently, I got to try out a fairly new product for pregnant women that was definitely something I needed to check out. Preggers is a “unique line of maternity support hose and compression products designed by future moms for future moms”. They put together the needed compression aspect to help moms-to-be who suffer from what I like to call, “Elephant Feet”, with a stylish appeal that fits the trends of… Read more »

As the Bump Grows: Week 22

As the Bump Grows, Pregnancy 3

We’re on to Week 22 of my pregnancy. I’m halfway through the 5th month and really enjoying being pregnant. This is definitely the golden month of pregnancy. I don’t have nearly as many symptoms, and those that I do, don’t bother me as much right now. My appetite is back in full force, although no cravings. I’m hoping to get some good news this coming week, so here’s hoping! And… Read more »

Bookish Events: YA Fest 2014

Bookish Events: YA Fest 2014

Bookish Events 3

So YA Fest, which is pretty much the biggest book event in PA, happened yesterday and it was pretty good. I loved attending last year and I had fun this year, too. Despite the fact that not as many authors I like were there, it was still a great event with a ton of people. They hosted close to 50 MG & YA authors! Easily my favorite part of the… Read more »
