He’s the last thing she wants...but the only thing she needs.
Willa Peet isn’t interested in love. She’s been there, done that, and has the shattered heart to prove it. Ready to shake the breakup, she heads to Dublin, Ireland. But there’s a problem. A dark-haired, blue-eyed problem with a bad attitude that rivals her own. And he’s not doling out friendly Irish welcomes.
Shane Claymore just wants to race. The death of his father forced him off the Formula One circuit, but he’s only staying in Dublin long enough to sell the Claymore Inn and get things in order for his mother and younger sister. He never expected the sarcastic American girl staying at the inn to make him question everything.
But even as Willa and Shane’s fiery natures draw them together, their pasts threaten to rip them apart. Can Shane give up racing to be with the woman he loves, or will Willa’s quest to resurrect the tough-talking, no-shit-taking girl she used to be destroy any hope of a future together?

In My Opinion: Add to cart!
Oh how I love a great romance set in a foreign country! Unfixable was all kinds of awesome and yet another example of Bailey’s stellar writing style. This lady knows her way around an unforgettable romance! I was easily swept away by this whirlwind romance. Not only was it superb, the story line flowed smoothly, I was never bored, in fact, I was glued to the pages! Top it all off with amazing characters, each with their own interesting stories to tell, well what’s not to love?
Willa is on a path of self-discovery. Of finding out who she really is, getting her personality, and her life, back together after ending a long-term relationship with the wrong, albeit sweet and well-meaning, guy. She basically lost her true self in that relationship and needed a chance to figure things out. I really enjoyed being inside this girl’s head and I’m finding out that Bailey has yet to write a female character that I don’t love (and we all know how difficult that is for me). I definitely felt for the girl and I loved watching her rediscover her love for photography, trying new things, and also experiencing these places and people through her eyes.
Shane, well, he’s a typical Bailey boy if I ever met one. Irresistible, super sexy, alpha male, yet also caring, protective, and loyal to a fault. Add to the fact that this guy is a racer?! Just take me, why don’t you?! I loved watching their relationship grow and seeing them open up to each other. The chemistry was done well, as per Bailey’s impeccable style, and I liked that it so much more than that as well. These two definitely have a great connection as if you this, you’ll be falling for this couple, too.
Unfixable is everything I want in a romance, especially one written by Tessa. I like this side of her writing, definitely a more tame version than her Brazen books, and I know that if she writes others in this age bracket/genre, I’ll be sure to give it a read. I just can’t get enough of her books!
