Three years have passed since Dare Wilde walked out of Reagan McKinley's life. Three years of radio silence. Three years of regrets.

But she’s not the same girl anymore. Now, at twenty-two, Reagan has big plans to change her life, and it all starts with a trip to Europe. Instead of heading into Harvard Law like her parents had planned, she’s crossed the ocean to follow her dreams in the art world. Her dreams. For once.

A chance meeting in Paris brings Reagan and Dare face-to-face again, but is it serendipity...or penance? A chasm of unspoken hurt stands between them, but they can’t fight the passion they have for each other. And now that she’s found Dare again—the one person in this world who makes her feel whole—she doesn’t want to let go. Problem is, she may not have a choice.

Two parts. One whole.

Together...they’re out of control.

In Out of Control Reagan and Dare run into each other pretty much right away. I thought it was a bit surprisingly and too much of a coincidence that they’d be in the same place after their parting three years ago, but it kind of rings home the idea of fate for them as a couple, so I didn’t mind. I actually really love them as a couple and these two have such a meaningful connection, it’s hard not to root for them. Dare is just plain sexy and Reagan, even though she made me furious at times with her crutch, proved herself to be a decent character who definitely grew on me.

I know that Reagan has been through quite a lot of crap in her life, and you don’t get much of her story just yet, but you can tell some crazy bad stuff happened to her. Not to mention she has craptastic parents, that would drive anyone to take up a vice. I liked how she was quick to admit her mistake in leaving Dare and she did all she could to get him back, even though he was pretty cold to her at times. I also liked how she was pursuing her dreams and doing her best not to let her parents get to her anymore.

I loved the moments when Dare was painting. Having the authors depict those artistic scenes was very refreshing and you could see the passion these two characters, especially Dare, had for the craft. Dare himself, was your typical brooding alpha male. He gets points for resisting Reagan for as long as he did and I understood that because of the way she hurt him. It was nice to see that despite all that, you could see how much he cared for her.

I did want to see more of a “big gesture” kind of act from Reagan after leaving Dare like that or even more resistance from Dare than what you actually get. Of course I want to see the couple together, but it’s the tension and build up that I enjoy, too. Granted, their reconciliation is a slow build and there were plenty of moments they resisted the temptation (and plenty of moments when they didn’t, which I wasn’t opposed to, haha), so there is that. And I will say that there is a fine line between making it too easy for a couple and just plain torturing them, so it was a good enough balance.

Either way, this book definitely left me wanting more. I desperately needed this to be told in dual POVs, because I love being inside a guy’s head, especially someone as deep and sincere as Dare, so I was happy to see that the rest of the series was written that way. I love that the authors packed this book with plenty of angst and drama. You’ll be kept engaged and entertained until the very end, I’m telling you!

These two definitely have that whole fated thing down because for them to once again meet in Amsterdam the way that they did, it was just too coincidental, but this time around, it was in a good way. I liked how the authors did it this time around. It was a bit comical, but it also fit with their story. It was also meaningful and I loved what it eventually led to (that pleasure and pain scene was a scorcher, for sure). Their relationship was pretty rocky in the beginning, but things are finally starting to come together for them and in this one they learn what they’re willing to do for each other.

Ugh, I swear, Dare is not only a sexy artist, but he’s a sexy tattoo artist, too?! How can you resist him?! Yes, he’s making ends meet as a tattoo artist while crashing with his brother’s band in Amsterdam. His brother’s bandmates are an interesting bunch and I really liked the lightness they brought to the story, which was otherwise filled with drama. And I loved finally being inside Dare’s head, seeing Reagan through his eyes. It was necessary, too, for what Reagan was going through and his helping her face her demons. Reagan actually grows a lot in this book and I liked seeing this change for the better in her. Each of their pasts and stories are unfolding more as this series progresses and you get enough of each mystery to tide you over and I think the authors did an excellent job with incorporating it into their story as a developing couple.

Oh, and the highlight of this installment was that were got more scenes with the rest of the Wilde siblings, including Dare’s older brother, Dash. You could tell he’s got quite a story to tell and I can’t wait to read it. I’m also curious about the twins, Dalia and Dax. They’re so lively and fun. I wouldn’t mind seeing more of Synner, too, that sexy beast!

Reese and Green have definitely been keeping the momentum going and I swear, I don’t know how I could’ve waited for each new episode because this series is so awesome, I had to jump right to the next book! That ending!

With his dad hell-bent on destroying him, Dare's life hangs in the balance. Fearing the worst, Reagan rushes from Paris to New York, hoping to get to him in time, only to find their entire world collapsing around them.

The threat is too real, risk too high, death too possible. Unfair doesn't even begin to cover it.

Two wild hearts that belong together, trapped in a world trying to break them apart. But a love this strong has to survive...doesn't it?

In this installment Dare and Reagan are pretty much on solid ground as a couple, but their strength is tested by the devils they call parents. These two seriously come from some messed up people, it’s surprising they’re as sane as they are. Dare’s dad is a cold-hearted criminal who is able to wreck havoc on their lives thanks to Reagan’s dad, who is a cold-hearted politician. Each guy is terrible in their own way, and even though Dare’s dad is a bastard, I seriously hated Reagan’s dad more. Her mother, too. The things they do and say to Reagan, seriously, why did these people even have kids?!

Reagan has become such a strong character and I as much as she grew in the third book, she really shined in this one. Dare, in wanting to keep her safe, does his best to push her away, but I liked that Reagan stood her ground and reiterated the fact that they were a team and that she can handle whatever life throws at them as long as they’re together. So many secrets and lies unfold in this book and their world starts to crumble around them pretty quickly. Let me tell you, there is plenty of drama, action, and suspense in this book. So much happens!

These ladies have me so addicted to this series and these characters, it’s just plain wrong.

Whoa, what an ending! Reese and Green definitely pulled out all the stops with this last book and gave us quite a finish. Finally learning everything about Reagan’s grim past, all she’s had to deal with, was heart-breaking. She has grown on me so much over the books and I really loved her in the end. The strength and passion she had for Dare, her true friends, and her career, was admirable, to say the least. Dare, ever the protector, goes all out for Reagan and he’s definitely become more understanding and patient with her.

Honestly, everything you could hope for or expect to happen to these two, does, and there’s also a couple surprises thrown in for good measure. Lets just say not everyone makes it out alive, or unscathed, for that matter. This is the definition of an addictive series and I seriously couldn’t get enough.

This book, and this series as whole, really tugged at my heart. I became so invested in these characters and their story, I was still feeling it days later and I love it when that happens. And that epilogue of sorts was just plain awesome. A truly well-deserved ending for this couple who have been through so much. I loved it! Captivating writing, intense drama, and an unforgettable love story – what more could you ask for?!

It was nice to finally be able to get back into this series after reading the first book so long ago. I actually reviewed the first book in the series, Untamed, awhile back and I really enjoyed it. I knew I was going to like this series after reading that first book and having now completed the series, I can definitely say that I loved it. Each book was a standout on its own, but as a whole, it really told a great love story. Reese and Green make excellent writing partners and I really loved the characters they created. I am SO looking forward to reading about the other Wilde siblings.

I’m very happy I got to binge read this series for the most part and let me tell you, when I started the second book, it was over. I couldn’t stop! I read each book back to back and it killed me whenever I had to take breaks to, you know, get back to reality. Such a great series!
