Bookish Events: ACOTAR by Sarah J. Maas

May 23, 2015 Bookish Events 2

I’m SO late at posting this, but I did want to write this post for the recent launch party of Sarah J. Maas’ A Court of Thorns and Roses at B&N Neshaminy in Philly. Sarah told fans about important ACOTAR is to her. There were laughs. There were tears. It was just an all-around amazing time. Jamie from The Perpetual Page-Turner was an excellent moderator. I loved hanging out with Bonnie, Kelly, and Kristin before the event and with Jess and Damaris after the event. Another highlight of the night was meeting a fellow reader, Karalee, who totally floored me by coming up to me and saying she was a fan of the blog. Much love to that girl!

I’m so mad at myself for barely taking any pictures. I hung out with some great new (and old) friends and I totally forgot to take pictures with them. Plus, I should’ve taken pictures of the event. I was definitely off my event game that day.

Anyways, here’s what I have:

Here are some of the tweets from when I was live-tweeting:

All in all, it was a great launch event and I think Sarah is such a doll. She’s beautiful inside and out and I love each time I get to see her. Plus, her and Susan?! Friendship goals!

Thank you! Yeah, I love live-tweeting during events. Authors say the craziest things! I swear, I need to work on taking more pics though.
