Project Vlogust: Week Four Highlights

September 4, 2015 Family 2

Since there were a couple extra days at the end of August, I couldn’t really fit all the awesomeness of it in just one short video, so I decided to split it into two. Yay!

Anyways, we had a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party for BG3 to celebrate her first birthday. I had so much fun planning it and getting everything together. There weren’t a lot of people there, but it was still fun. We also got the girls’ professional pictures in and we bought frames and hung them on the walls. It’s crazy how I never realized how bare our walls were before. There is definitely more life on our walls now.

We finally bid a farewell to my SIL and nephew and I’m pretty sad about it. BUT, she’s saying how she doesn’t really like it down in Florida and is even contemplating moving back! Who knows if she will, but there’s always hope. We also went school supply shopping, finally, and got the girls some new sneakers for the year. Good times.

So, what did you think of our vlog series?

I haven’t decided to do daily vlogs yet because that’s a lot of work, but I have liked being able to capture memorable moments on camera, and I kick myself for not doing it sooner. Right now I’m still vlogging a little bit everyday and I’m just trying to figure out how I want to edit and post it.

I love your vlogs! The kids are all so cute! I love these types of videos, especially when you look back after the kids have grown. I just started doing videos, but it is really slow going. I think I have two or three on my YouTube channel, but I am aiming for more this year. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much! Right?! I’m so mad at myself for not doing it sooner. I love rewatching them and seeing the kids and what we did when.
